New heads of DP branches in Berat, Dimal and Skrapar elected

Three branches of the Democratic Party of Berat District, specifically those of Berat, Dimal and Skrapar, have elected new leaders. Kasion Hasimetaj has been elected the new head of the DP branch in Berat, Kozeta Protoduari in the DP branch in Dimal and Besnik Osmeni is the new head of the branch in Skrapar.

MP Eno Bozdo, through a post, congratulated the other candidates Erjon Liko, Florian Muhametaj and Ardit Bego on their race, which he described as "very dignified".

"Yesterday, three branches of the Democratic Party of Berat District, the Berat, Dimal and Skrapar branches, held their elections for the leaders of these branches through the "one member, one vote" model. The Democrats spoke with their vote, in a very democratic process and with a very high participation. I want to congratulate and wish good work to Kasion Hasimetaj, Kozeta Protoduari and Besnik Osmeni. I also want to congratulate Erjon Liko, Florian Muhametaj and Ardit Bego for their very dignified competition. A big thank you to all the members of the Democratic Party who participated in the voting and gave an excellent lesson in democracy.

"A lot of work awaits us for the future. The party structures must be strengthened, meetings with residents must be more frequent and in support of their problems and issues. We must respond to the propaganda of the Renaissance with strong political action. The residents of the Berat District must understand that the Democratic Party is the only political force that can normalize the country through its governance. Albanians are waiting for the solution that the DP will bring. The time of the deceivers is over! It is the time of those who truly love this country, and love Albania like all of Europe ," Bozdo's post reads. /CNA
