Votimi i Amnistisë Penale/ Lapaj: Po amnistohen të korruptuarit

Themeluesi i lëvizjes “Shqipëria bëhet”, Adriatik Lapaj ka deklaruar se me Amnistinë Penale amnistohen të korruptuarit.

Lapaj thekson se janë 15 vepra penale që lidhen me korrupsionin, për të cilat ka ulje dënimi ose falje.

“Nën kamuflimin për të bërë amnisti për njerëzit e thjeshtë të vendit, po amnistohen të korruptuarit në Shqipëri. Janë 15 vepra penale që kanë të bëjnë me korrupsionin. Kjo ndodh kur ne duam që të luftojmë korrupsionin. Mesazhi që shkon për prokurorët e SPAK është që arrestoni ju, se i amnistojmë ne.

Pse opozita e vendit futi amandament për të amnistuar këto vepra? Çfarë interesi ka opozita? Është banale që ai që pret drutë nuk përfiton, ndërsa të korruptuarit e ata që shkatërrojnë pyjet amnistohen. Kjo është amnisti që duke përdorur hallin e qytetarëve të zakonshëm, iu shërben të korruptuarve”, deklaroi Lapaj./ CNA
