Albanian virologist Arban Domi

Albanian virologist Arban Domi, who practices his career in the USA, spoke today about the right of immigrants to vote.

In a meeting with the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha and some intellectuals, Domi asked to create a portal outside e-albania, to be under the control of the CEC, as an independent institution.

He emphasized that this portal can also be created by specialists living in emigration and can help in the upcoming elections.

"Insist that a portal be created outside of e-Albania, that it be under the control of the CEC, as an independent institution. To be under full management and control. Even in Albania, but also in emigration, there are cyber security specialists who could be involved in the creation of this system.
