Incinerators/ GJKKO leaves Etleva Kondi under house arrest

The former member of the Commission for the approval of licenses for incinerators, Etleva Kondi, appeared today at GJKKO, where she requested a relaxation of the security measure.

GJKKO dismissed the request of the suspected former member for the incinerator affair, leaving the "house arrest" security measure in effect.

We recall here that her name was part of the list of 9 people for whom SPAK issued arrest warrants as part of the investigations into the incinerators.

The nine SPAK arrest warrants were executed on the morning of March 29, 2022, in different cities of the country. 

Kondi is accused of "abuse of duty" as it turns out that he was part of the commission for approving the licenses of the incinerators of Elbasan and Fier. GJKKO has given him the security measure of "house arrest". The reconfirmation of the measure and the sending of Kondi to his home is expected, where he is expected to stay until the end of the trial by GJKKO on the affair of the incinerators./ AE-CNA.al
