Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomisë ka njoftuar se duke u nisur nga situata e krijuar ditët e fundit për arsye të mosfunksionimit të portalit qeveritar e-Albania,  afati për depozitimin e pasqyrave financiare në regjistrin tregtar do të shtyhet për aq ditë sa nuk ka funksionuar portali qeveritar e-Albania.

“Njoftim për bizneset mbi afatin e depozitimit të pasqyrave finaciare.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy announces that, based on the situation created in recent days due to the malfunction of the e-Albania government portal, the National Business Center will implement the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedures regarding the deadline for filing financial statements in the commercial register.

Based on Article 54 of the Code of Administrative Procedures, the deadline for depositing financial statements in the commercial register will be postponed for as many days as the e-Albania government portal has not functioned.

Entities that have not yet applied for the deposit of financial statements will be reinstated for their deposit within the period of postponement of the initial deadline", the announcement states./ AE-CNA.al
