The scandal of the incinerators/ Etleva Kondi calls for relaxation of the

Etleva Kondi, former member of the Commission for the approval of licenses for incinerators, presented herself today at GJKKO.

Kondi is suspected of the affair of the incinerators, while it is known that he has asked for a softening of the measure.

We remind here that her name was part of the list of 9 people for whom SPAK issued an arrest warrant as part of the investigations into the incinerators.

Nine SPAK arrest warrants were executed on the morning of March 29, 2022, in different cities of the country.  

Kondi is accused of "abuse of duty" as it turns out that he was part of the commission for approving the licenses of the incinerators of Elbasan and Fier. GJKKO has given him the security measure of "house arrest". The reconfirmation of the measure is expected and Kondi will be sent home, where he is expected to stay until the end of the trial by the GJKKO on the affair of the incinerators.
