The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has published a video where he exposes the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

Kelliçi has shared on social networks a statement from Veliaj where he says that Tirana is cleaned several times a day, where inerts or sofas and other furniture are no longer thrown into the trash cans.

On the other hand, Kelliçi shows the opposite, what he has denounced almost every day, the mountains of garbage in all areas of the capital.

"Listen to the chief fraudster of Tirana, how he lies every day about the sun. Today he says Tirana is cleaned in an unimaginable way, several times a day! The reality is actually 100% different! Today, Tirana is more polluted than ever and meanwhile the bill for this environmental and social dirt is over 30 million euros per year!", wrote Këlliçi alongside the video.

The month of August has been one of the blackest months from garbage. The capital city has been plagued by garbage piled up on the main streets of the most frequented neighborhoods or areas, an alarming situation, as the environmental pollution has reached its peak, and the health of the citizens has also been endangered./ CNA
