The list of witnesses includes the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, the former/deputy minister Klodian Rrjepaj, the sterilization businessman Ilir Rrapaj, as well as 6 other people under investigation by SPAK.

The date for Beqaj's testimony is set for October 9, while for Rrjepaj, September 20.

After the debates they had, the parties once again agreed on the list of witnesses, where some of the names were left unasked from the previous session.

The first two witnesses on the list are the former directors of QSUT, Enkel Joti and Albana Fico, as well as the current director Alma Cani.

President Vokshi said that it has been agreed that the list will include the former directors of the Durrës, Shkodër, Elbasan, Vlorë regional hospitals, the director of Koço Gliozheni, Geni Hyka and the former director of the Trauma Hospital, Arben Zeneli.
