The Court of Durrës has made the decision regarding the persons under investigation for threatening the head of the ALF, Armando Duka.

The court has ordered the president of the club "Iliria" Nazmi Selmani and Petrit Selmani to be imprisoned.

It has also decided the measure of obligation to appear for citizens S. Selmani, B. Selmani and R. Loci.

Decision:

1. The legal validation of the arrest in flagrante delicto of persons under investigation N. Selmani, S. Selmani, B. Selmani, P. Selmani and R. Loci, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Intimidation due to duty", in collaboration , provided by article 238/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

2. The appointment of the measure of personal security "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Penal Code, to the persons under investigation N. Selmani and P. Selmani.

3. The appointment of the measure of personal security "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" provided by article 234 of the Penal Code, to the persons under investigation S. Selmani, B. Selmani and R. Loci.

4. The persons under investigation S. Selmani, B. Selmani and R. Loci are ordered to appear at the Prosecutor's Office near the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, on the first and last Monday of every month, at 10:00.

5. The immediate release of the persons under investigation, S. Selmani, B. Selmani and R. Loci, from the courtroom is ordered, if they are not held for any other legal reason.

6. The Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Police are ordered to implement this decision.

7. An appeal can be made against this decision within 5 (five) days in the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, starting from the day after the communication of the reasoned decision.
