In the Court of Special Appeal, this Thursday, the hearing for the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, who was convicted by the First Instance for the charge of "abuse of duty", was postponed.

The reason for the postponement was the absence of Alma Kaçi, the girl who loved Safet Gjic's erotic video and discussed the dog tender.

The next session will be held on June 20.

Gjici was sentenced to 3 years in prison, but with a shortened trial, the sentence was reduced to 2 years in prison.

The Special Court changed the charge against Safet Gjic from passive corruption to abuse of office.
