Video-scandal with Safet Gjicin/Alma K. is arrested.

The police have handcuffed the citizen Alma K., who appeared in the video-scandal of Safet Gjic, the former mayor of Kukës.

CNA has learned that Alma K. was arrested today, by order of SPAK, for "passive corruption".

The security measure "house arrest" has been assigned to her, while Safet Gjicin has been given the "prison arrest" measure.

A little while ago, the police also handcuffed the former mayor of Kukës.

We remind you that on June 16, a video was published on social networks, where Gjici, together with citizen Alma K., performed a sexual act in the office of the mayor of Kukës.

CNA  discovered that Alma K. had an activity for the protection of animals and had gone to Safet Gjici's office to submit a project to receive funding.

This CNA research   was also confirmed by the full video, published by journalist Artan Hoxha.

The video showed how after the sexual act, Gjici talked with Alma K. about the street dog tender and instructed the vice president Granit Gjana to follow the legal steps for the project.

Afterwards, the girl went to the office of the deputy mayor of the municipality Granit Gjana and received the instructions for the necessary documents, submitted the papers and finally left the building of the Kukes Municipality./  CNA.al
