Businessman Samir Mane has revealed what is the solution that his company has found to keep workers and prevent them from leaving.

Mane stated in an interview for Blendi Fevziu that they have increased salaries and bonuses and the secret lies in the calculations of how much money the employees have left until the end of the month. According to him, this method has been very successful at least with the employees of his company.

Samir Mane: Of course the exodus is a problem. It is a problem that has happened in recent years everywhere, it happens. They will go to countries where they think they earn more, when Germany says I need 3 million people and when people see the salaries, they obviously think they should go there.
