Democratic Party MP, Klevis Balliu, arrived this Thursday morning at the premises of the Special Court.
It is learned that Balliu appeared today at the Criminal Court of Kosovo regarding the defamation lawsuit filed against him by the owner of the "Arlis Ndërtim" company, Armand Lilo.
Lilo filed a lawsuit against the Democratic MP after comments made by Balliu following the incident that occurred in April of this year, with the flames engulfing a building built by this company in the area near "Pharmacy 10" in Tirana.
The deputy appeared at the building affected by the flames, accusing Lilo of using unqualified materials. /CNA
