Union of Public Transport: From Monday, buses will be reduced in Tirana

The Union of Public Transport, through an official letter addressed to the media, announced that starting from Monday, the means of public transport in the district of Tirana on all city lines will be reduced.

In the letter addressed to the media, it is stated that the reason for this measure is the financial problems that the urban transport companies are facing.

The Public Transport Union emphasizes that their concerns have been addressed and discussed with the responsible authorities but have not received any solution.

"This decision comes as a result of the numerous financial challenges and worries that the operators of this service have faced recently. We have raised our concerns, we have discussed the problems facing our services and we have presented possible solutions, but unfortunately no preventive measures or reactions have been taken to mitigate the situation," their announcement reads./CNA .co.uk
