"Tibo" refutes "Top Channel" and "Top News"/

"Tibo" has denied the news published by "Top Channel" and "Top News" that the company "Tibo" is under investigation by the prosecutor's office for fraud and that a preventive seizure has been imposed.

"Tibo" declares that the news is untrue and malicious.

"The news is untrue and malicious. We hope that it will be immediately refuted by your television and platforms in order not to create further damage to our company,"  says a request that the company has sent to the media in question.

The company says it will initiate all necessary legal procedures to replace the damage caused to the company after the news is published.

"The legal department at our company will initiate all the necessary legal procedures to compensate for the damage caused to our company unfairly and maliciously to the individuals who supplied this news to your media. We very much hope that you will not continue with untrue news about our company since they aim at unfair competition in the market where our companies operate," says Tibo./ CNA.al
