Interior Minister Taulant Balla has congratulated the police of Elbasan for escorting a person who is accused of disrupting public peace and violating traffic rules.

Ball warned drivers that the phenomenon of speeding on the road will be punished by the State Police forces.

 "I want to thank the citizens who report cases of disruption of public peace and violation of traffic rules by irresponsible persons. The ordinary phenomenon of speeding in residential areas will always be punished by the State Police forces", said Balla.
