Ylli Manjani, the lawyer of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, arrested by order of SPAK under the charge of being part of a criminal group, said that Gjoka denied all the charges in court.

According to Manjani, all of these are speculations and the Prosecutor's Office has shown itself to be immature in the measure it took after it should have conducted other investigations.
