The 52-year-old Italian woman who was wounded by a blind bullet on January 1 of this year gave her testimony to the investigators at the Trauma Hospital today.

She said that at the moment when the incident happened, she was walking with her husband on "Zogu 1" boulevard. According to her, the bullet passed through a tree and then hit it.

The family members of the Italian woman with the initials AK have requested that the young woman be transferred to Italy where she can receive specialized treatment.

There was also a reaction from her lawyer about the possibility of transferring the 52-year-old.

"My client is aware. According to doctors, her life is out of danger. We request intervention from local institutions, for example the region of Puglia, to allow the transfer of the woman by ambulance or plane" - said lawyer Leonardo Candeloro to the Italian media.
