A woman was found injured on the road after a vehicle hit her on the "Fier-Lushnje" road axis.
According to the police report, the citizen was taken to the regional hospital of Fier, where she died as a result of her injuries.
The investigative group has started work to identify the driver of the vehicle that injured the pedestrian and abandoned her in the middle of the road without giving her first aid.
Police Notification:
At around 17:20, on the "Fier-Lushnjë" road axis, the Police services found an injured citizen, allegedly as a result of a road accident, on the side of the road, who was transported by ambulance to the regional hospital of Fier.
The still unidentified citizen died in hospital as a result of her injuries.
The investigative group is working to identify the citizen and the vehicle that caused the collision resulting in the death of the still unidentified citizen. /CNA
