In recent days, Italian tourists have been the headlines of the Albanian media, not only because of the tourist boom but also because of their actions.

This time, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will most likely not feel ashamed but proud.

Two Italian tourists, traveling by bicycle, found a wallet with a sum of money on the road and set a good example with their humane gesture.

They went to the Lushnjë Police Station and handed over the found wallet.

The blue uniforms, after carrying out verifications based on the ID card that was in the wallet, notified the citizen who had lost it, who presented himself at the Police Station, where he received the wallet.

After receiving the wallet, he thanked the two Italian tourists for their gesture.

One video shows some Italian tourists leaving a restaurant without paying the bill. During the period when the video appeared in Albania, the prime minister of Italy said that she was ashamed of such a gesture and paid the bill with her own money.
