Spahiu: Highways in Albania as a state of war

Kreshnik Spahiu has stated that the state of highways in Albania looks like a state of war, and this is explained by the presence of the police, which is greater than in any country.

During a television interview, Saphiu emphasized that the Albanian opposition proposed some changes two months ago with the excuse that it wanted to win votes and thus halved the sanctions for violating the rules of the road code.

"For those who don't know, for every violation, the penalties of the traffic code are halved. But the question arises: after the change in the traffic code on the easing of punishments for offenders, do we have an improvement or a deterioration in road traffic?" , Spahiu declared./ CNA
