A 40-year-old man sentenced in Italy to 5 years in prison for cocaine trafficking has fallen into police custody.
During the police operation coded "Perugia" on "Frosina Plaku" street, the Police services have caught and detained the citizen Valter Çela, 40 years old, a resident of Tirana.
