The Institute of Geosciences warns of flooding for the next day

The Institute of Geosciences has announced that the next day it is expected to rain with high intensity, which will be more concentrated in the north and south of the territory.

Through an official announcement, the IGJ states that in the districts of Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Fier and Vlorë there may be rapid floods of small mountain rivers and landslides and that in urban areas, in these districts, problems with localized flooding, depending on the condition of the sewers.

Among other things, it is announced that temperatures will vary from 20°C to 26°C in coastal areas, 20°C to 28°C in lowlands and 16°C to 25°C in mountainous areas.

During the next day (Tuesday, the 29th) it is expected to rain with high intensity, which will be more concentrated in the north and south of the territory. In the districts of Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Fier and Vlorë there may be rapid floods of small mountain rivers and landslides. In urban areas, localized flooding problems may occur in these counties, depending on the condition of the sewers.
