The State Police has announced that the deadline for applications has been postponed and the age criteria has been changed for citizens who apply to be admitted to the Security Academy.

Based on the numerous requests, addressed to the State Police and the Ministry of the Interior, for the revision of the age criteria for admission to the Security Academy, the Minister of the Interior has approved the order to change the age criteria from 30 years old to 35 years old, as well as for the postponement of the application deadline, until September 15, 2023, to give more excellent students the opportunity to become part of the State Police.

Below you will find the announcement of the State Police along with all the criteria needed to apply to this announcement as well as the selection stages.

Based on the principles of meritocracy and equal opportunities, as well as with the aim of filling the staff, with well-prepared and well-trained professionals, to fulfill the objectives of the State Police, the General Directorate of the State Police, on 10.08.2023, hatched applications for admission to the Security Academy, for students who have completed the second cycle of higher education studies in legal sciences, economic and computer sciences, and who have an average grade above 8, in the second cycle of higher education studies in these branches.

The admission quota to the Security Academy, for citizens who have completed the first and second cycle of higher education studies, in legal, economic or computer sciences, is 100.

Applications are made at all Local Police Directorates (both at those that have announced admission quotas at the time of application opening, as well as at Local Police Directorates that have not yet announced admission quotas).

After the end of the competition, the ranking of the winning applicants according to the results achieved will be done at the district level where they applied, based on the quotas announced for the competition.

Citizens who meet the general criteria, standards and special criteria related to the competition are eligible to apply, as follows:

The general criteria are:

a. to be an Albanian citizen;

b. të mos jetë i përjashtuar nga Policia e Shtetit, strukturat e tjera të sigurisë kombëtare dhe të mos jetë larguar nga shërbimi civil;

c. të ketë zotësi të plotë për të vepruar;

d. të jetë në gjendje të mirë shëndetësore dhe i aftë fizikisht për të kryer detyrën;

e. të mos jetë i dënuar me vendim gjykate të formës së prerë, për kryerjen e një krimi apo për kryerjen e një kundërvajtjeje penale me dashje;

f. të ketë dëshmi të aftësisë së drejtimit të automjetit, të tipit B;

g. të plotësojë standardet dhe kriteret e veçanta që lidhen me konkurrimin;

h. të plotësojë kriteret për t’u pajisur me vërtetim besueshmërie.

Standardet dhe kriteret e veçanta që lidhen me konkurrimin janë:

a.të ketë përfunduar studimet në ciklin e dytë të studimeve të arsimit të lartë, në shkencat juridike, shkencat ekonomike ose në shkencat kompjuterike;

b.të jetë në moshë jo më shumë se 30 vjeç;

c. të ketë mesataren mbi 8 të notave, në ciklin e dytë të studimeve të arsimit të lartë;

d.të jetë me gjatësi jo më pak se 170 cm për meshkujt dhe 160 cm për femrat;

e.të zotërojë gjuhën e huaj angleze, në nivelin mbi 60 pikë, sipas standardit ALCPT;

Aplikantët duhet të paraqesin pranë strukturave të burimeve njerëzore në drejtoritë vendore të policisë, dokumentacionin e mëposhtëm:

a.Formularin e aplikimit (Lidhja nr.1.);

b. Diplomën dhe listën e notave të noterizuar të ciklit të parë dhe të dytë të studimit. (Të dy nivelet e diplomave të jenë të së njëjtës fushë studimi, në programe studimi të akredituara).

Nota mesatare e ciklit të dytë të studimeve duhet të jetë e përllogaritur nga institucionet arsimore të arsimit të lartë.

Aplikantët që kanë përfunduar arsimin e lartë jashtë vendit, duhet të bëjnë njëvlershmërinë e diplomave të fituara jashtë vendit dhe përllogaritjen e notës mesatare të ciklit të dytë të studimeve, në Qendrën e Shërbimeve Arsimore, në Ministrinë e Arsimit Sportit dhe Rinisë.

c.Fotokopje të kartës së identitetit;

d.Fotokopje të dëshmisë së aftësisë së drejtimit të automjetit, të tipit “B”;

e. Certifikatë të gjendjes gjyqësore (nxirret nga struktura e Policisë ku kryhet aplikimi);

f.Certifikatë familjare (nxirret nga struktura e Policisë ku kryhet aplikimi);

g.Vërtetim nga gjykata;

h. Vërtetim nga prokuroria;

i. 2 fotografi me përmasa 4 cm x 6 cm.

Fazat e vlerësimit.

Aplikantët që plotësojnë kriteret dhe paraqesin dokumentacionin e kërkuar i nënshtrohen fazave të vlerësimit si më poshtë:

a)Vlerësimi sipas notës mesatare të ciklit të dytë të studimeve në të njëjtën fushë studimi;

b) Vlerësim me testim i zotërimit të gjuhës angleze, sipas standardit ALCPT;

c) Intervistimi i aplikantëve;

d) Kontrolli shëndetësor;

e) Marrja e shenjave të gishtave;

f)Verifikimi përfundimtar i aplikantit.

Listat e aplikantëve fitues do të jenë sipas kuotave të shpallura për konkurrim në nivel qarku.

Aplikantët duhet të dorëzojnë dokumentacionin e përcaktuar brenda afatit të aplikimit. Në momentin e dorëzimit të dokumentacionit, aplikantit i jepet numri i aplikimit.

Aplikantët që nuk plotësojnë kriteret apo nuk kanë paraqitur dokumentacionin e kërkuar brenda afatit të aplikimit, njoftohen me shkrim nga strukturat vendore të burimeve njerëzore për arsyet e skualifikimit.

Aplikantët kanë të drejtën e ankimimit tek drejtori i drejtorisë vendore të Policisë, brenda 2 ditëve nga data e njoftimit të përgjigjes për skualifikim. Drejtori i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë shqyrton dhe kthen përgjigje brenda 2 ditëve pune nga data e marrjes së ankesës.

Aplikanti i shpallur fitues dhe që përfundon me sukses trajnimin në Akademinë e Sigurisë, nënshkruan kontratë pune me Drejtorinë e Përgjithshëm të Policisë së Shtetit, dhe emërohet në strukturat vendore të policisë, sipas nevojave të Policisë së Shtetit.
