Tense situation in the North/Borrell: The EU will not tolerate attacks on EULEX

The European chief diplomat, Josep Borrell, has reacted regarding the situation in the North of Kosovo.

Through a status on social networks, he states that the EU should not tolerate attacks on EULEX, or the use of violence. 

"The EU will not tolerate attacks on EULEX or the use of violence and criminal acts in the north. The barricades must be removed immediately by the Kosovo Serb groups. Calm must return. EULEX will continue to coordinate actions with Kosovo authorities and KFOR. All actors must avoid escalation", wrote Borrell on Twitter./CNA.al
