The court has imposed a prison sentence for the former director of OSHE, Albana Ferraj, who was arrested a few days ago, while she was wanted for corruption and bribery.

"The court withdrew to the Counseling Chamber and how it returned, based on and for the implementation of Article 112, 248 and 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure:

DECIDE:

1. Continuation of the security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by Article 238 of the Criminal Code assigned to the defendant Albana Spiro Ferraj with decision No. 103, dated 18.10.2020 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

2. The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime is charged in cooperation with the judicial police for the execution of this decision.

3. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after the announcement of this decision.
