How lawyer Aranit Roshi lied to the court

Carlo Bollino's lawyer, Aranit Roshi, went to the Tirana Criminal Court today for a court session regarding the lawsuit he filed against DP MP Belind Këlliçi and Jamarbër Malltez.

The lawyer, who on April 14 did not appear at the court hearings at the Tirana Criminal Court, after stating that there was a death in the family and for this reason the trial was postponed.

But on the same day, Carlo Bollino's lawyer, (i.e. on April 14), an hour after the adjournment of the sessions at the Tirana Criminal Court, Aranit Roshi went to a session at the Civil Court.

Today, Carlo Bollino's lawyer, Aranit Roshi, admitted it, saying that, yes, it is true that there is another hearing, but stating that he does not have to give an account.

Here we are faced with the fact that a lawyer lied to the Court.

He must either prove that a relative of his has died and that his failure to attend the hearing was justified, otherwise the Bar Association must take action against this lawyer, who either knowingly lied to intentionally postpone the hearing or was ordered by his client Carlo Bollino to prolong it, to delay the court process.

Today, it was also revealed that the lawyer lied, but as he said in the hearing, he does not have to answer for it.

Carlo Bollino is filing lawsuits in court to intimidate and silence whistleblowers, people who have publicly reported the great truths of Carlo Bollino, the man who came as a journalist from Italy and became a billionaire in Albania, profiting endlessly from public funds and Albanian taxes, including money and funds from the incinerator affair or other corruption scandals of the government./ CNA
