The analyst, Andi Bushati, has spoken about the sterilization affair and the granting of the 'obligation to appear' measure for the former minister, Ilir Beqaj.

In an interview for 'Syri Tv' he compared Beqaj with Saimir Tahir, Arben Ahmetaj, Lefter Koka, Vangjush Dako and others.

According to Bushati, Beqaj had more political support.

"Did Ilir Beqaj have more political protection than Saimir Tahiri, Arben Ahmetaj, Lefter Koka, Vangjush Dako and others? There definitely has been. He is the only one who was in office when the prosecution measure was given. In all cases, we have learned that the prosecution has taken Rama's leave, Rama has removed him from state duties and functions, while Beqaj was not kept in the agency, but a short time ago he was made one of the main negotiators with the EU. So it seems that there was support from Rama. The second thing we noticed is that those two SPAK prosecutors who took the first lawsuit to court, excluded Beqaj from the lawsuit and one of those prosecutors was the prosecutor that Rama v. Juri Kim supported to become the president of SPAK.

Third, is Ilir Beqaj being investigated, as was investigated for Saimir Tahir and Arben Ahmetaj, that is, towards the person's wealth? So far we don't have that. All three of these cases that I mentioned seem to have a differentiation that Beqaj is more protected and these others are left to be thrown like stale meat to the hunger of the prosecutors. We look ridiculous in the eyes of the public if we start the race whether Edi Rama loves Beqaj more or a little less, or hates Ahmetaj a little more. If we are going to talk about justice, we are a country where the minister is punished for channeling and drugging the country, a country where two ministers are imprisoned for the incinerators, where health concessions have turned out to be a big thief and Edi Rama is not investigated. So we don't have the issue of Beqaj being privileged and Ahmetaj being hit, these are yard games. The fact that we do not have a fair and independent justice is the fact that in the entire state pyramid it is stolen and the head of this pyramid comes out clean.
