"Albanians are not criminals"/ Immigrants protest in London: Suella

Dozens of Albanian immigrants have come together in Britain to give a message to British Home Secretary Suella Braverman.

While protesting on the "Wentminster" bridge, they also posted a banner that reads: "Albanians are not criminals."

With Albanian flags in their arms, folk music and banners in their hands, they send the message that "they are Albanians, they work and pay taxes".

Earlier, Braverman stated that the arrival of Albanian immigrants to British shores is an "invasion."

This statement immediately brought strong reactions.

"The accusations had an impact on the children. There are reports of irritations and conflicts in workplaces. When you're under attack from all sides, a simple question can seem like a provocation. There are many demands, there are many to demand the resignation of the minister, to demand an apology from the prime minister. Most Albanians work in construction", said one of the immigrants. / CNA.al
