"I will be in protest as a citizen"/ Dashamir Shehi: I will not get on

The chairman of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has confirmed that he will be part of tomorrow's protest called by the opposition.

Invited to the Information Radar, Shehi indicated that he will be at the protest as a citizen and not to get on the podium.

“E ka bërë mirë që e ka bërë kështu. Po ta kishte bërë me formulë tjetër unë nuk do shkoja. Më e mira është kështu. Thërrit qytetarët, qytetarët përgjigjen. Unë shkoj si qytetar, jo për të hipur në tribunë. Nuk ndajmë shumë gjëra, por ndajmë një gjë, që ky njeri që po e drejton Shqipërinë po e dhunon, po e shkatërron Shqipërinë. Unë besoj që mos një ditë, një ditë do ia dalim sepse ka shkuar aty ku s’mban më”, tha Shehi.

Ndër të tjera, i pyetur nëse protesta do të ndikojë tek zgjedhjet lokale, në rast se ka trazira, Shehi është shprehur se prej 10 vitesh opozita ka treguar se është më e kulturuara në botë edhe për protestat.

"I say that there is no reason for riots to occur. The turmoil is only in the mind of this government. What strong protests have there been in these 10 years? The opposition of these 10 years has been the most cultured in Europe. Does he solve all protest problems? No, but it's a chance to say that those people who come out there don't come out because they love Ilir Meta and Berisha, they come out because they don't love Edi Rama. I don't take on things that aren't mine. I go as a citizen. It doesn't matter how it will be done, the protest has one goal: to show that thousands of citizens are against this government and to show that there is hope", said Shehi./ CNA.al
