Journalist Ola Xama has analyzed the draft budget and fiscal package of 2023 approved by the parliament the day before.

She highlighted three points from the government's plan, the taxes that are planned to be collected from the reopening of sports betting, the agreement for the Port of Durrës and energy.

Sipas gazetares, Ministria e Financave parashikon të mbledhë 17 milionë euro taksa nga efekti i rihapjes së basteve sportive, duke shtuar se buxheti që parashikohet të jepet për sportin do të rritete me 300 mijë euro, ndërsa si përfundim gazetarja thotë se Komitetit Olimpik do të përfitojë vetëm 1.8 % të të ardhurave.

Ndërsa për Portin e Durrësit, gazetarja thotë se asnjë efekt fiskal nuk parashikohet nga investimi që do të nisë në këtë port në buxhetin e vitit të ardhshëm.

Kurse përsa i përket energjisë, ajo shkruan se, që nuk ka eksportim të energjisë.

Buxheti 2023:

Ministria e Financave parashikon te mbledhe 17 milion euro taksa nga efekti i rihapjes se basteve sportive.

Buxheti qe parashikohet te jepet per sportin do te rritet me 300 mije euro.

Keta te Komitetit Olimpik qe kerkuan rikthimin e basteve besoj se jane te kenaqur me 1.8% te te ardhurave sepse nuk kane bere me letra per fonde qe te stimulohet sporti.

Tjeter:

Qeveria parashikon qe brenda vitit te miratoje me procedure te pershpjetuar marreveshjen per “Durres Yacht Marina”.

Asnje efekt fiskal nuk parashikohet nga investimi qe do te nise ne kete port ne buxhetin e vitit te ardhshem.

Asnje impakt apo kontribut qe pritet te kete ne rritjen ekonomike nga ky projekt nuk parashikohet ne buxhet apo te kete ndonje fjali ne relacion.

Tjeter:

Ministria e Financave parashikon te mbledhe 70 milion euro si takse speciale nga prodhuesit qe eksportojne energjine.
