Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the project for the Port of Durrës, which was approved a few days ago with an accelerated procedure.

During an interview in Euroneas Albania, Spahiu has raised doubts that they have started thinking about the sale without investing in this port.

In an interview for Euronas Albania, he is, among other things, the anbalist said that he is not against investments and projects, but emphasizes that there is a lack of infrastructure.

 “Unë jam pro këtyre projekteve por mendoj se ka shumë arsye për të dyshuar. Në port kemi që dy vite që kemi një zyrë imobiliare.

Këta pa investuar kanë filluar të mendojnë për shitjen. Kemi të bëjmë me një sistem piramidal. Durrësi është qyteti më i ndotur nga ana urbane në të gjithë Shqipërinë. Durrësi është qyteti më i betonizuar. Unë  nuk jam kundër këtij investim, por Dubain mund ta realizosh në Durrës kur i ke bërë dhe rrugët si Dubai. Kur të kesh një autostradë me 6 kalime”, tha Spahiu.

Gjithashtu, Spahiu shprehur dhe rezervat e tij për sulmet e opozitës ndaj investitorëve, duke thënë se po i trembin dhe se Shqipëria është kthyer në një xhungël.

 "Rama is very right in the attack we make on foreign investments because they are very few. We have done it as a tradition, we have scared away foreign investors. It is easier for them to go to other countries than to Albania. Albania has become like a jungle. Every foreign investment that enters, they come out and hit it," he said./ CNA.al
