November 12 protest/ Police take measures, restrictions are revealed

Within the framework of the rally that will take place on 12.11.2022, at 16:00, on the boulevard "Martyrs of the Nation", in Tirana, the State Police, in order to guarantee order and security, before, during and after the end of gathering, in implementation of the tasks defined in the plan of measures, drawn up for this purpose, informs the citizens that there will be blockages of some road segments, as well as partial blockages of some other segments, depending on the movement of the participants in the gathering .

The road segments that will be blocked, starting from 15:00 on 12.11.2022, until the end of the rally, are:

Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, sheshi “Nënë Tereza”, rruga “Ismail Qemali”, nga kryqëzimi i rrugës së Elbasanit me rrugën “Ibrahim Rugova”, rruga “Papa Gjon Pali II”, bulevardi “Zhan D'Ark" dhe bulevardi "Bajram Curri”, nga kryqëzimi i Rrugës së Elbasanit me rrugën “Ibrahim Rugova”.

Policia kërkon mirëkuptimin e qytetarëve që të shmangin lëvizjen me automjete, në këto akse rrugore, dhe të përdorin rrugë alternative, me qëllim moskrijimin e konfuzionit dhe për të mos penguar lëvizjen e lirë të qytetarëve.
