Investigative secrets/Dumani: This is where the information comes from

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has stated where the information about investigative secrets comes from. According to verifications, when investigative secrets are published by the media, it is at the moment when the persons under investigation, the defendants or their defense attorneys are communicated.

"We conduct our own verifications in cases where what are called investigative secrets are published in the media. From the verifications, we often find that when a media outlet becomes aware of the content of the investigations, it is the moment when we communicate to the persons under investigation, the defendants or their defense attorneys. I do not rule out that there have been leaks in SPAK, but they are minimized," said Dumani in Trialog with Alba Alishanin/CNA
