Balluku/Dumani case: SPAK's notification of the investigation was correct and contained sufficient information

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, said that SPAK's announcement about the investigations against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku was made after she was informed of the charges.

Dumani stated that the announcement was made at that time because it is important that the defendant first be informed of the investigation, then the public be informed.

"Regarding informing the public about the issues under investigation, we are very careful that our main goal is to preserve the integrity of the investigation, not to damage the investigation.
