The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has reacted to the Constitutional Court's decision on Erion Veliaj. Dumani told Trialog that the court's decision has no connection to the case that SPAK is prosecuting against Veliaj.

He underlines that the Constitutional Court's decision has no impact on SPAK's investigations into Veliaj or the security measure.

"The Constitutional Court has had another subject under consideration, the dismissal and decree of the President. It has no connection to the case we are prosecuting, it has no impact on our investigations or the security measure imposed on Mr. Veliaj."

"I don't want to go into details, it is the court that decides whether or not the criteria for the security measure continue to apply. That is what is stated," said Dumani./ CNA
