Minister Bledi Çuçi

Minister Bledi Çuçi called DP's report on territorial reform, which was presented by MP Dhurata Çupi, as shallow.

"We propose that the local government be divided into two levels. The first level will be represented by municipalities, while the second level will be represented by counties or regions. We propose regrouping the districts. We propose to have 6 out of 12 districts. Shkodër-Lezhë, Dibër-Kukës, Tirana-Durrës, Elbasan-Korçë, Fier Berat, Vlorë-Gjirokastër", was the proposal by the MP Çupi.
