Prime Minister Edi Rama has taken the credit of SPAK for the work done during this period.

SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation did not fall from the sky, they came into being as an expression of sincere and unwavering state-building will. They were not beautiful words like those of the past 100 years, when I and the Socialist Party pledged to the Albanian people that we will build a new, independent, European justice that will put an end to the cancer of impunity.

This justice was born today and is growing every day, because the Socialist Party of Albania kept its most solemn and difficult promise to fulfill, in the face of 100 years of mockery of justice in the history of the Albanian state, when no one could ever be touched by justice a powerful individual or connected to power, where justice was an abomination strong with the weak and weak with the strong.

Some speak today as if SPAK is God's wave and the government is the port of the Devil. But they forget that the wave of justice has been raised at the head of the time by the courage, will and ambition for Albania of this very government, which changes like day and night with the previous ones of 100 years of hostage taking of justice.

This government and no one else paved the way for new justice and will never obstruct justice on its way, wherever it enters, within the government, around it, behind it or under its umbrella.
