Rama adds 2500 meters of construction to Lul Morina in Himare

In July 2020, the National Council of the Territory approved the construction permit for a complex consisting of a hotel, apartments and service units in Gjileke of Himara. The developer company of the project was Rinia 04 of businessman Juljan Morina.

According to the decision of the KKT, the complex would have a total construction area of ??7,400 square meters above and below ground.

But in March of this year, the National Council revised the permit. According to the justification of the KKT, the construction of the complex had resulted in problems due to the land quotas, so it was necessary to change the permit to add another floor underground.

With the change of permit approved in KKT, the construction area of ??the complex has increased by 2400 square meters of additional construction, reaching 9 thousand 800 meters.

According to the new permit, the project will have 3 underground floors from the two that were foreseen in the previous permit. Now a part of them will be used for service units, although previously all the underground floors were designated as parking lots.

Businessman Juljan Morina was one of the most affected by the government's action to seize constructions without a permit or in violation of the construction permit, while a few days ago he was called to SPAK for a transfer with the family members of former interior minister Sajmir Tahiri , a matter that remains under investigation.  

During the action for the seizure of constructions without a permit, several objects in violation of the permit were seized from the companies owned by the businessman Morina, mainly in Tirana. But this time the government has decided to add floors legally, perhaps as a form of compensation, although officially the justification for changing the permission of the complex in Himare is quotas. /Capital.al
