Prokurorët e posaçëm vetëm 1 mandat/ Braho: Ndikon në vazhdimësinë e SPAK

Kreu i SPAK, Klodjan Braho në raportiimn e veprimtarisë vjetore të SPAK në Komisionin e Lgijeve u ndal dhe te mandati i kufizuar i prokurorëve të posaçëm.

Braho u shpreh pamundësia për të riaplikuar për prokuror të posaçëm pas mbarimit të mandati 9-vjeçar është një problematikë e përsëritur.

Problematikë për të cilën, Braho tha se kërkon vëmendje pasi lidhet jo vetëm me karrierën e prokurorit, por dhe me vazhdimësinë e SPAK.

Pamundësia për të aplikuar, tha Braho, ndikon në vijimësinë e punës.

“Kjo është një problematikë e përsëritur, dhe që kërkon vëmendje. Kjo nuk lidhet vetëm me karrierën tonë, por edhe me vazhdimësinë e institucionit. Ne kemi mandat 9 vjeçar, dhe secili prokuror duhet te ushtrojë detyrën e vet, dhe ne nuk kemi strategji tjetër, do te vazhdojmë punën. Nëse nuk kemi të drejtë për të riaplikuar ose vazhdimësi, kjo është problematikë e strukturës dhe vijimësisë së punës”, tha Braho.
