Veliaj continues to delay the processes/The hearing at the Administrative Court

The arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, and his lawyer, defendant Plarent Ndreca, continue the scenarios and machinations to postpone the court proceedings.

In today's session at the Administrative Court, defendant Ndreca, who is also Veliaj's lawyer, did not appear. For this reason, the session was postponed to July 24.

Plarent Ndreca did not appear at today's hearing, claiming that he has a sick child. Veliaj stated that he cannot continue the hearing in the absence of his lawyer.

The Mayor of Tirana, accused of 5 serious criminal offenses, Erion Veliaj, through a ridiculous lawsuit, requests the invalidity of the appointment of Ols Dado as prosecutor. 

It seems that in addition to the hearings in the Special Court that he endlessly postpones with all sorts of excuses and machinations, Veliaj has begun using the same tactics in the Administrative Court to drag out the process.

A process that was actually initiated in the Administrative Court by a lawsuit filed by him himself.
