Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj spoke today in the Assembly about the draft law for the creation of technological and scientific parks.

Ahmetaj emphasized that this is the sector with the greatest potential increase in added value, while adding that this sector contributed to 35% of employment growth in 2021.

“Ne reference te te gjithe detajeve te draft ligjit qe eshte perpara jush, thelbi i te gjithe inisiatives se qeverise ka te beje me mbeshtetjen e nje nga sektoreve me vleren me te madhe te shtuar potencialisht ne ekonomi, pra ka te beje me tekbologjine e informacionit, me teknologjine inovative ne teresi dhe ne reference te te gjithe perpjekjeve qe jane bere te pakten 6 vitet e fundit ne raport me kete industri.

Fakti eshte interesant per te pare sesi eshte rritur industria dhe se sa vende pune ka kontribuar industria, teknologjia e informacionit dhe teknologjia inovative ne raport me te gjithen. Dhe jane, nga te gjithe vendet e rritura te punes, e kemi thene dhe vlen ta themi serish, ne 2013 kane qene 439 mije vende pune, sot jane 720 mije vende pune, jam duke iu referuar statistikes zyrtare, borderose.

Dhe nderkohe edhe paga mesatare reale nga viti ne vit eshte rritur.  35% e vendeve te rritura te punes vitin e kaluar kane qene nga sektori i informacion-teknologjise, nga sektori i teknologjise inovative.

Sot ka ne Shqiperi kompani nderkombetare me shume eksperience ne fushen e teknologjise, ka kompani gjermane shume te avancuara, ka kompani amerikane te cilat ne burse jane kuotuar mbi 1 miliarde, besoj para 1 muaji e pate edhe viziten tone, po edhe te ambasadores ne nje kompani e cila ishte konkretizuar si unicorn ne tregun e aksioneve.

Eshte dhe Lufthansa, me degen e saj Lufthansa Solution qe ka te beje me zgjidhjet teknologjike dhe informatike te pjeses qe kjo kompani mbulon.

Tekno parqet jane ne vazhdim te lehtesimit qe ne ki bere qofte ne anen fiskale, qofte ne anen proceduriale, qofte ne parim, te nje sektori dhe nje indistrie qe ne mendojme do duhet te zere nje vend te rendesishem tani apo ne te ardhmen e ekonomise shqiptare.

Debati i shume viteve perpara kur nxorem paketen e mbeshtetjes se industrive fason po i referohem, me te drejte shumekush nga ju tha keto jane industri me vlere jo fort te shtuar, e kane vleren e shtuar te ulet. Ne iu thame, po, keni te drejte, ajo qe po bejme eshte furnizimi i punesimit dhe ne zinxhirin e prodhimit sigurisht qe keto do vijne dhe do shtojne ate cikel te plote te cilin sot e shohim kollaj.

Sa per dijeni, tekstilet jane nje nga industrite qe here pas here balancen e kane ne favor te eksporteve.

We are doing the same thing with this sector and the seed was laid a few years ago, whether in terms of digitization, I am talking about the public sector, whether it is the advancement of the companies that I referred to, and there are many, from start-ups to companies consolidated, now a relief is added to it that comes with this law and as I mentioned the reliefs are fiscal, procedural but also legal.

Having said that, we will certainly have to include it in a framework of today's discussion that has everything to do with increasing the well-being of citizens, from justice to solidarity packages or legal innovations that bring a new concept of techno park to make possible the arrival of as many technological companies as possible", said Ahmetaj./ AE-CNA.al
