"Double Your Enterprise" Program/ Rama reveals financing agreement

Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with representatives of agrotourism in Tirana.

Rama announced that a new national program "Double Your Enterprise" will be launched very soon, where at the end of the month an agreement will be made with the Bank of Albania, second-tier banks and the government for a financing line to support each project.

This program will be supported by a BoA credit line and will be processed by second-tier banks, will be guaranteed by the Albanian government and will have a lower loan interest rate than commercial loans plus it will have a limit of up to 2 million euros.

"The new national program will be launched soon. At the end of the month, we will have the agreement between the BoA, second-tier banks and the government for a government-backed financing line to support any project of anyone who has a small or medium-sized enterprise."

"Double Your Enterprise" is the name of the program.

This program will be supported by a BoA credit line and will be processed by second-tier banks, will be guaranteed by the Albanian government and will have a lower loan interest rate than commercial loans plus it will have a limit of up to 2 million euros.

It will be accessed by start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, workshops, and agritourism that will need to grow.
