Argita Malltezi, the daughter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, in a media conference, accused SPAK and GJKKO of the security measures imposed on her father and her husband, Jamarbër Malltezi. 

She said that everything is a political decision of Rama. According to her, violations and falsification of documents were committed so that Berisha and Malltezi remain under "house arrest". 

She has accused the Special Prosecutor's Office of committing topographical fraud in the case, while adding that the change of destination of the "Partizani" complex was made by Edi Rama in 2006.

"There were violations and falsification of documents. They hid over 350 contracts that showed the sale of aperlamentites in the pit, which brought 90% of the financing of the project. They did not take out the loans, and the financing of the partners. The court falsified the figures, they were based to Taulant Balla, but of course they obeyed the political order. The sum of 5 million euros came out of the political closet of Rama and Balla. No financial investigation was done. Berisha and Malltezi are being investigated if there was protection against it fire 20 years ago. The project has opposition and SPAK has it on file," said Malltezi./ CNA
