“Po tentohet të manipulohen vendimet”/ Gjokutaj: Gjykatësja po pason shkeljet

Avokati mbrojtës i ish kryeministrit Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, pas seancës gjyqësore ka deklaruar se po tentohet të manipulohen vendimet.

Gjatë një interviste për emisionin Task Forcë me Sonila Meçon, Gjokutaj është shprehur gjyqtarja që po shqyrton çështjen po ecën jashtë procedurës dhe po bën shkelje pas shkelje.

Avokati thekson se Malltezi po qëndron padrejtësisht në qeli.

“Janë dy vendime të padepozituara. Ne nuk kemi bërë ankimimin. Sot prokurorët flisnin në një bazë tjetër ligjore sikur kishin bërë gjykimin e themelit.

Po tentojnë të manipulojnë vendimet.  E kuptoni se çfarë ligji bëjmë ne.

Ata po ecin jashtë procedurës. Kanë humbur parametrin e procedurës.Malltezi po qëndron padrejtësisht në burg.

Ka të drejtë zoti Malltezi kjo është kërkesa e dytë për përjashtim të kësaj gjyqtare. Të kërkohet dy herë përjashtimi, ti si gjyqtare nuk ke më integritetin për të vazhduar.

Nesër kur të dokumentohet kjo pjesë çfarë do thotë kjo gjyqtare. Vijon një gjykim në shkelje të kushtetutës.
