"He is hitting career officers"/ Journalist reveals Ilir Proda's

Journalist Elvi Fundo has spoken about the current state of the State Police. Invited to the A Krasta Show, Fundo stated that the State Police is worse than ever and that the responsibility for this lies with the Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda.

The journalist said that today we have a police director who is shadowed by the Minister of Interior.

"Regarding today's event, Albana Koçiu has simply been left there at the Ministry to deal with addresses. I do not believe that Albana Koçiu deals with the Director of Police, nor do I believe that the Director of Police answers Albana Koçiu's phone."

The Police Director must have a direct connection with the Prime Minister and is a very powerful person. He has power beyond the Minister of Interior, he is probably the most powerful police director in the history of these years of democracy because all other police directors were in the shadow of ministers, while this is a police directorate that has the Minister of Interior in the shadow.

Then, what the minister says out of worry and embarrassment, it would be better if she remained silent.

"With today's event, in a normal country, the director of the State Police should have resigned," said journalist Elvi Fundo.

Further, the journalist revealed Proda's spider scheme, saying that he is targeting career officers and has increased his social and personal circle in the police.

"I suspect that the director of the State Police is primarily responsible for the situation in which the State Police finds itself, for the attacks on professional people and for certain issues and his personal grudges. His personal and social circle has grown in the State Police and career and professional officers have been attacked, which is why we have this situation with order and security," Fundo said./ CNA
