A fierce debate was recorded between Albana Vokshi and Plarent Ndreca at the meeting of the Investigative Commission for Sterilization Concessions and "Check Up" in Health.

The debate took place during the testimony of Genc Byrazer, former member of the Sterilization Commission.

Ndreca claimed that the questions of the head of the Investigative Commission, Albana Vokshi, were intimidating the witness and were in violation of the law.

The DP deputy objected and accused the socialist of interfering by order from outside the meeting.

Excerpts from the debate:

Ndreca: He is asking intimidating questions to the witness Byrazeri. Your questions are intimidating, guiding, suggestive and demanding answers. It can't be done at will...

Vokshi: You work with messages!

Ndreca: You work with messages, I don't work with messages. You asked the same question 3 times, I don't allow these questions to be asked that direct the witness to certain answers, because you limit him.

Vokshi: I read the law, I am asking Byrazer about the agreement made for signing the minutes, informing the public.

Ndreca: You have 20 minutes to speak, you do not have unlimited right to speak, they are limited rights and you are mentioning the law.

Vokshi: Can you finish?

Ndreca:  Are you going to have a meeting? When I finish I know, you can't tell me to finish. Leave these behaviors, because they are not elegant, I finish when I judge. I want dignity for the witness and we desecrate it because it is a shame!

Vokshi: Don't raise my voice!

Ndreca: What's wrong with it, I don't take your permission, I have this instrument, the voice of the Albanian citizens!

Vokshi: You are shouting, don't raise your voice to me...!

Ndreca: Do not interfere! Any testimony is invalid, says the law, you are orienting and intimidating.

Vokshi: Uh...

Ndreca: Uh, uhu, it's not an argument and they don't go to the head of the Commission!
