Rama's proposal/Pastor Pano: National betrayal, unfortunately, was accepted

Pastor Akil Pano has opposed Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal for the creation of a Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order.

Pano said that Rama's proposal has the notion of national treason and directly violates the first article of the Constitution.

Also, he stated on Erla Mëhilli's show that he feels bad that the World Grandmother of the Bektashians has accepted this project, without discussing it at the table of the Interreligious Council of Albania.

"It would be in the honor of the Interreligious Council of Albania to come out with a joint statement, all 5 or unfortunately all 4 Albanian communities that the incoherence that is being revealed to us within 24 hours by the World Grandmother of the Bektashians shows that they have embraced Rama's project for establishing a religious state within the sovereign territory of the Republic. If it is a question of preserving religious harmony, none of these should be separated from this bouquet to give it a special status.

How much does it expose Albania in problematic reports in the geopolitical dimension? We are not dealing with a request of the Bektashi community, it is the project of a person who communicates with his own people through foreign media as he did for the immigrant agreement with Italy.
