Journalist Artan Hoxha has commented on the proposal for the creation of the Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order.
Hoxha said in a television appearance that the Bektashi should not be stigmatized for this proposal.
He declared that Prime Minister Edi Rama and not Baba Mondi is behind this story.
"This is not an initiative of the Bektashis. The Bektashis have helped to form the Albanian state and are in their own state. This other thing was requested by Rama and someone else after Rama. This is not the state of Baba Mondi, but the state of Baba Edit!
