Navigation is suspended for 4 days for small craft and fishing vessels

Due to the bad weather, navigation for small vessels and fishing boats in Durrës has been suspended from February 9 to February 12. 

International sea transport ships for passengers and vehicles will currently continue to operate normally according to the respective destinations.

NOTICE
Based on the forecast for the deteriorating hydrometeorological situation along the Albanian coast during the dates 09-10-11-12.02.2024 starting at 14:00 on 09.02.2024 in the direction South-South-East, South-South-West in the force up to 8-9 to 10bft with wind speed up to 35-45m/s and wave height from 3.50 to 4.50 meters.

In order to prevent any unexpected situation due to atmospheric conditions, we ask for the cooperation of all entities that exercise activity in the maritime field, to take all the necessary measures to secure the tools in the port and increase the readiness of the crew in the tools floating.

????TO BE PROHIBITED ISSUING PERMITS - DEPARTURE DURING THE DATES 09-10-11-12.02.2024 STARTING FROM 14:00 ON 09.02.2024 FOR ALL SMALL VESSELS, FISHING VESSELS OPERATING ALONG THE ALBANIAN COAST AND TO BE NOTIFIED OF TAKING MEASURES FOR THEIR SECURITY.
